Information We Delete After 14 Days:

-Your customer support interactions. This is deleted after 14 days, or it is deleted immediately after you request that it be deleted through an official customer support channel.

Information We Delete ASAP:

-Your trade details, including the destination address, the refund address, and the amount.

-Correspondence you send us by email or another support method, and if the issue is still open. We delete emails and messages if we perceive that the support request is closed.

Information Our Partner Exchanges May Retain:

Each of our partner exchanges has their own privacy policies and they may retain information about the amounts, coins, addresses and transaction hashes of trades potentially associated with your order.
